Can my code be reactivated? I uninstalled SPSS on one of the devices. I think it is the code which is coupled to my name Danielle Broeze, and organisation Open Universiteit, that is not working anymore. I do however, have the newest version of java.
I am unable to instal it, when I fire up SPSS 22 statistics license authorization wizard, it says that it cannot connect to java virtual machine. I made the exam, now I have started a new statistics course and I am finally back home in London, where my own laptop was all that time (windows 10). After I came back to Holland where I installed it on another pc.

Wait until you get a reply from IBM before you post the information from the email. An IBM tech support team member should respond to your post and ask you to provide the information that you sent in your email to IBM.

Post a message in the SPSS support forums stating that you are having problems generating an offline SPSS activation code. The forums are linked off the SPSS support page. In this event you can request your code by posting a message in the SPSS support forums. If you still don't receive a response from IBM it is possible their automated system is down. You can send the same email you sent before - no need to repeat the process of generating a new authorization code. If after 24 hours you don't receive a response, try sending the email again and also double-check that you used the precise email address, subject line, and email body. Near the beginning of the Fall semester it will probably take about 1-2 hours. Typically you should receive a response back within an hour. It is monitored by an automated computer system that will analyze your email and generate the appropriate response code. The IBM email address that you send your email to is not monitored by humans. It may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours before you get an email response back from IBM. Now you'll need to wait for IBM to respond back to your email. After you are done constructing the email send it off to IBM.
The only thing that should be in the body of the email is the text that was displayed in the SPSS License Authorization Wizard program which was what you should have copied to the text file on the USB drive. Also be sure to remove any extra text from the email like your signature.
